We had a small, intimate crowd of six adults and four kids. Seder was picnic-style on the floor. Here mom tells the story of the exodus from Egypt.
Enthralled in the retelling.
Ari truly getting into the spirit of things: reclining on his cat bed pillow and eating carrot hors d'oeuvres!
Me explaining.... something.
Jonathan helps Xander make his matzah pizza dinner.
The next day, a happy Bubby and her grandkids.
That was an Enchanted Seder, original and created especially as a unique occasion. See how everyone is happily focused and paying attention. Matzah pizzas! Off the wall!!!
ReplyDeleteHere's a tip for everyone. To retain the crispness of matzah without the stiff crackly spattering of break-offs, run the matzah vertically through running water from the faucet; no pausing! Just RUN the matzah through quickly, and you have a crisp matzah that even makes for a great sandwich.
