Starting the morning off right... by sleeping in.
Rainbow!
They had the best kids' activities at the Aquarium, it was like a Children's Museum!
Shape sorting between "fish" and "shrimp."
Opening all the doors he could reach.
Pretending he's a coral reef animal.
Jumping to make waves.
Oooh, water beads.
A very soaked and happy boy.
Hangin' with the fish.
Watching the tidal waves break over us.
Dubiously staring at the pirate on Cannery Row.
Mirror maze. Jonathan went in with him and came out in 6 minutes flat. I went in afterward and we took a good 15 minutes finding our way out!
What fun this trip must have been!

Wow! What fantastic experiences! Look at those smiles, and the faces full of excitement. Hooray for the Lovings who celebrate Living by nurturing ALL of our senses!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Monterrey - I've been there several times, but never made it to the Aquarium. Did you see sea lions on the beaches?
ReplyDeleteIt WAS great. I was just sad that it rained the whole time we were there. Sheryl, all the sea lions were hanging out on a buoy about a half mile from the coast. I don't know why. :(
