Jonathan told Xander last night that when he was on top of his bunk bed, he "looked like a king in his castle."
Xander disagreed, saying that castles were only in fairy tales, and kings weren't real.
We told him that no, kings and queens and castles are real.
That England has a Queen and a Prince right now. That other countries have kings and queens and not presidents.
He looked extremely dubious. I don't think he believed us at all.
Maybe it's time to read some kid-friendly history with the children....
